You don’t need much to shift a space’s energy. A change in light. A rough texture against something smooth. A scent that reminds you of something, even if you’re not sure what.

When I start designing a space, I’m not thinking about trends or categories. I’m thinking about temperature. Not in degrees — but in feeling. Is the space warm or cool? Still or alive? Does it hold you or stir you? Atmosphere lives in the smallest decisions.
